We believe you have a right to privacy and understand that when you entrust your information to us you expect it to be kept private. We've adopted several policies and principals for all of of our employees to use as standards in order to both respect and protect the trust placed in us.

We will only disclose personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties if: 1) the information facilitates a process initiate by the customer; 2) the disclosure is requested or authorized by the customer; 3) the information is being reported to a reputable credit bureau or credit reporting agency; 4) we are required by law to disclose the information; or 5) prior notice has been given to the customer of the possibility of disclosure and the customer has been given the opportunity to decline.

Any information shared as a result of a business relationship with third parties will only be done so when the affiliated third party has similar measures to the ones laid out in this document to protect the privacy of the personally identifiable information provided to them.

The principals, procedures and policies laid out in this document serve to protect the information sent to and from our web sites in accordance with traditional banking transactions.
